Effective May 1, 2006 OpenNETCF Consulting has acquired Neoteric Software to extend the market reach in Canada in the Windows Mobile and Windows Embedded space. OpenNETCF Consulting felt this as a strategic move to extend their world class consulting services and products into the growing Canadian market. Both companies feel this is a strategic move to reach a broader market interested in mobile and/or embedded solutions and products.
